Nachverdichtungsbeitrag zu einer neuen Wohnstruktur bei, in Form eines modularen additiven Systems. Das Projekt entsteht aus der Fusion zweier Projekten im Hansaviertel, einmal dem Punkthochhaus in der Bartningallee 7 von Van den Broek + Bakema und dem Bungalow in der H&auml;ndelallee 55-57 von SepRuf. Das Punkthochhaus wird als Fu&szlig;abdruck eines vierer Moduls mehrmals dupliziert, die interne Struktur orientiert sich dabei an Void und Solid Fl&auml;chen im Raum. Durch vier verschiedene Module entstehen unterschiedliche Modulgr&ouml;&szlig;en, wodurch eine hohe Flexibilit&auml;t und Anpassung an derzeitige Wohntypen geleistet werden kann &ndash; die offene Grundrissgestaltung erm&ouml;glicht Platz f&uuml;r variable Formen des Wohnens und bietet zugleich durch seine Megastruktur einen interessanten kontrastierenden Nachverdichtungsbeitrag in horizontaler
