Rosensteinquartiers r&uuml;ckgebaut, die darauf stehenden Geb&auml;ude, bis auf den historischen Lokschuppen abgerissen. Wir formulieren eine Gegenthese, bei der drei logistische Gro&szlig;strukturen am Rand des Rosensteinparks erhalten und zu &ouml;ffentlichen Bauten umgenutzt werden. Der Lokschuppen und das Paketpostamt mit Seitenfl&uuml;gel werden zu Haus der Kulturen, Ethnologischen Museum und Konzerthaus. Mit dieser Transformation wird zudem die dr&auml;ngende Standortfrage der drei Kulturinstitutionen sinnvoll beantwortet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die herk&ouml;mmliche Unterscheidung zwischen erhaltenswerter oder nicht erhaltenswerter Architektur wird mit dieser Arbeit in Frage gestellt.
