der Tragfunktion entkoppelten Umgang mit den neu gesetzten Wandelementen. Anhand des Haus im Haus Prinzips werden die technischen Eingriffe minimiert. Gro&szlig;z&uuml;gige Laubeng&auml;nge vergr&ouml;&szlig;ern die Distanz des angrenzenden Neubaus und winden sich um die drei bestehenden Erschlie&szlig;ungskerne. Die entstehenden Zwischenr&auml;ume generieren Orte der Gemeinschaft und erm&ouml;glichen Aneignung im Geb&auml;ude. Je nach Nutzung &auml;ndert sich die Figur der Wand und schafft somit vielf&auml;ltigen Wohnraum von der Basiswohnung &uuml;ber Atelierwohnungen bis hin zu Wohngemeinschaften.
